Return & Replacement Policy

Step 1: Raise a Request

  • If you've received a wrong or expired product, please raise a return/replacement request within 7 days of delivery.
  • For damaged or missing products, the request must be raised within 2 days of delivery.

You can raise a request by:

  • Using the Chat option on our website/app
  • Emailing our Customer Care at: info@thewellnessbox.in

Step 2: Request Review

Our team will review your request within 2 working days.


Step 3: Product Pickup

  • Once approved, our courier partner will arrange a pickup from your location.
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.
  • We will reimburse the courier charges to your provided account details.

Step 4: Verification & Resolution

  • Upon receiving the returned product(s), we will verify the claim and initiate a replacement or refund accordingly.

Note: Replacements are subject to stock availability.


Eligible Conditions for Return/Replacement

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product (physical damage, tampered packaging)
  • Incomplete order (missing items)

 

Non-Eligible Conditions

  • Product is opened, used, or altered
  • Original packaging (labels, mono cartons, etc.) is missing
  • Request raised after 7 days (for wrong/expired products)
  • Damage/missing item reported after 2 days from delivery

 

Order Cancellation:

You as a customer can cancel your order anytime until the products ordered are shipped. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order. Once the order has been shipped from our end, it cannot be cancelled. Emcure reserves the rights in relation to cancellation or processing any of the placed order.

Refund Policy:

In case of cancellation before shipment, refund will be processed within 10 business days after acknowledging your cancellation request. The mode of such refund shall be the original mode of payment.
