Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Partners & Delivery Time

• We ship through trusted courier partners to ensure timely and safe delivery.

• Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Locations: 5–7 business days

  • Remote / Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

• Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen delays (weather, strikes, courier issues, etc.).

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹5,000.

• Standard shipping charges apply for orders below the free-shipping limit (visible at checkout).
  

Tracking Orders

• Once shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier details.

• You can track your order directly on the courier partner’s website.

International Shipping

• Currently, we ship only within India. 

Undelivered Packages

• If the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts, the package will be returned to us.

• Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
